You will learn why feelings matter to a healthy heart. You will explore the connection between the nervous system and the heart. You will discover how hormones play a role in heart health. And, most importantly, you will learn about inflammation and how to counter it with delicious foods and simple, safe herbs. Each of the four lesson includes 2-3 assignments to further your learning, recorded tele-classes, and herbal monographs to take you deeper into green blessings. Unit Two of A Healthy Heart the Wise Woman Way is a stand-alone course. You may take this course whether or not you have taken Unit One.
