Raisin Tea
For those who don’t drink wine, the benefits may be obtained by drinking raisin tea. To make it: Pour 3 cups of boiling water over 1 cup organic raisins. Add a spoonful of blackstrap molasses, cover, and let steep. Strain and refrigerate after an hour so it doesn’t ferment. The remaining raisins are still good to eat.
